Have you been busy the entire day? What was the most productive thing you did?

This question hits you hard when you completely comprehend the gravity of this question. Everyone keeps a to-do list in one way or another. Something is always left undone.

We are all procrastinators in some form. In their defense, it is not entirely their fault. Science has enough evidence to declare that a lot is going on in our brains that makes us think, “I don’t feel like doing this today.”

Surveys reveal that 80 to 95% of people engage in procrastination regularly. 50% of people report that they procrastinate consistently. They feel that their procrastination causes problems in their lives frequently. College students report that procrastination can occupy as much as 30% of their daily activities.

Procrastinators also consistently report feelings of distress anxiety and guilt about their procrastination. Many procrastinators report, that they get to the end of the day and feel like they’ve been very busy.
