I am Shahrukh Abbas. I am an Electrical Engineer by Profession, Life Coach by Passion, and a writer by expression.

I live in the great city of Karachi, Pakistan. I am 30 years old, married, father of two lively, lovely, and very talented daughters, Dur E Sameen and Shehzeen.

I am an MMA practitioner, I started doing MMA in February 2020 and since then it has been an integral part of my life and I can't imagine my life without it. I am consistently trying to learn new things every day, measuring myself against yesterday, to improve and be a better version of myself. I fought my very first amateur boxing fight last year and I won. It was such an amazing feeling because It made me realize that on that day, I proved many people wrong, who never thought I was capable of doing a combat sport.
